SnowWorks Service Standards & Expectations

Subcontractor MUST:

• Self-dispatch—SnowWorks does NOT call to mobilize you.

• Independently monitor weather and radar at all times.

• Respond to all SnowWorks communication WITHIN 1–4 HOURS during storms.

• Use Monday.com for all logs, photos, and reporting.

• Take before/after photos for EVERY service.

• Maintain backup equipment at all times.

• Never miss a service window—NO EXCUSES.
